Attached please find the details of the AGM set down for the 28^th of this month to be held for the fist time at the Lily’s restaurant and reception centre. See the notice for further details and directions. During the meeting we will be holding elections of Office Bearers for the forthcoming year and below is some more details with regard to the meeting.

• AGM starts at 8:00pm
• All positions will be declared vacant
• Nominations will be accepted on the night but also may be sent to the club secretary prior to the AGM
• Only full & financial members can stand for election on the committee
• Only full & financial members can vote in the election
• Competition members are welcome to join us for this very important night
• Attached is a nomination form
• Attached is a proxy form if you are unable to attend in person
   

I would like to encourage all members and their families to attend the evening’s proceedings and to join in this very special and important activity. The restaurant is open and available for the use of members prior to the AGM and if you would like join us some will no doubt be arriving there from shortly after 7:00pm.
