Other activities are designed to develop member's mechanical knowledge and driving skills while other activities are purely Social in nature. Social activities may include Dinners, BBQ's, film nights and bowling nights. Some of our best social times occur while engaged as officials in motor sports events. This might include the middle of the night, middle of a forest, at some ridiculous hour, waiting for a car to come through a rally control point. It also may include a day as a spectator or assisting competitors at Motor sport events in a non-competition role.

4 X 4 Social:

The club has recently added a 4 wheel drive element to its activities. While many club members own a 4 wheel drive, in many cases as a tow vehicle for their competition car, it was suggested that they may like to use their 4 wheel drives for something more in keeping with there design capabilities. It was decided that these off road expeditions would be purely a social activity. And so the 4 x 4 Social outings were devised. If you don't own a 4 wheel drive but would be interested in these outings then don't let that stop you.
